Payment & Pricing Transparency
No surprises. Here’s how we handle payments and pricing.
Pay When It's Ready
You don't pay until we get the website exactly how you want it and it's ready to deploy. The only exception is for AI integrations.
Lifetime Price-Lock
Whatever price you agree to is the price you pay, regardless of future increases. Your maintenance and hosting fee is locked in as a thank you for your business.
Simple & Secure Payments
Payments are made easily and securely with Stripe. You'll receive two checkout links: one for the upfront price and one for the recurring fee. That's it!
What's Included in Maintenance?
What it is
A copy of your entire website or app, including files and data, saved somewhere safe.
Why it matters
If your site crashes, gets hacked, or you accidentally delete something, you can restore it quickly.
Analogy
Think of it like saving your phone photos to iCloud/Google Photos — if you lose your phone, you don’t lose your memories.
What it is
Software (WordPress, plugins, frameworks, libraries, etc.) gets updated regularly to fix holes hackers might use.
Why it matters
If you don’t update, your site is like a house with unlocked doors. Hackers scan the internet looking for old, unpatched software to break into.
Analogy
Like updating your phone so hackers can’t use old tricks to break in.
What it is
SSL makes your site “secure” (that little lock symbol in the browser). Certificates expire and need to be renewed.
Why it matters
If SSL lapses, visitors may see scary “This site isn’t safe” warnings and leave.
Analogy
Like renewing your car registration sticker — without it, you’ll get stopped before you can drive.
What it is
A system that constantly checks if your site is online and alerts you if it goes down.
Why it matters
If your site crashes, you’ll know right away instead of finding out days later.
Analogy
Like having a smoke alarm that instantly beeps when something’s wrong.
What it is
Tracking how fast your site loads and fixing issues if it gets too slow.
Why it matters
Visitors leave slow sites; Google also ranks slow sites lower.
Analogy
Like making sure your car doesn’t overheat — you don’t wait for it to break down on the highway.
What it is
Many sites and apps run on add-ons (“plugins” or “libraries”). These need to be updated to stay compatible and secure.
Why it matters
Outdated add-ons cause bugs, break features, or open doors for hackers.
Analogy
Like updating apps on your phone so they keep working with the newest iOS/Android.
What it is
Your site/app keeps hidden “error logs.” Maintenance includes checking these for problems before they become disasters.
Why it matters
Many issues show up here before users notice. Catching them early saves money and downtime.
Analogy
Like your car’s dashboard warnings — ignoring the check engine light makes things worse later.
What it is
Your site stores data (users, posts, products) in a database. Over time it gets messy or “bloated.” Maintenance keeps it clean and efficient.
Why it matters
Prevents slowdowns, crashes, or lost information.
Analogy
Like cleaning out your closet so you can actually find things quickly.
What it is
Minor changes to your site’s text, images, or links.
Why it matters
Keeps your site current without hiring someone every time you need a tweak.
Analogy
Like asking your barber for a quick touch-up between haircuts.
What it is
Many apps have have background jobs (like sending emails, processing payments). Maintenance makes sure they actually run.
Why it matters
If these break, users stop receiving notifications, receipts, or key features stop working.
Analogy
Like making sure your coffee maker still brews in the morning instead of silently breaking down.
What it is
A summary of all the updates, backups, uptime stats, and any issues fixed that month.
Why it matters
Gives clients peace of mind and proof that work is being done.
Analogy
Like your bank sending a monthly statement showing all your transactions.
What it is
Quick action if your site/app goes down, gets hacked, or something critical breaks.
Why it matters
Every hour of downtime costs you money, reputation, or trust.
Analogy
Like calling roadside assistance when your car breaks down — you don’t want to be stranded.
